Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These terms govern access to and use of AgencyOptix ("the platform"), provided by AgencyOptix, part of Optix Group. By creating an account or using the platform, your organisation agrees to these terms.
2. Using AgencyOptix
Accounts are provisioned per organisation. You're responsible for the accuracy of information entered by your staff, for keeping login credentials secure, and for ensuring only authorised staff are given access. Access levels (Consultant through Branch Manager) should be assigned appropriately to the sensitivity of the records involved.
3. Your data and content
You retain ownership of all data entered into AgencyOptix, including records relating to candidates, clients and placements. We process this data solely to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and billing
AgencyOptix is licensed per company, billed annually. A single license covers every branch your organisation operates. Fees are set out at the point of purchase, and changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep AgencyOptix available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
AgencyOptix is provided as a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not replace professional judgement, statutory processes, or regulatory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
Either party may end a subscription in line with the agreed contract terms. On termination, you may request an export of your organisation's data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
