What it costs, in full. One licence covers your whole organisation. It is priced on active placements — the placements you have running — not on how many people log in.

An active placement is one worker on one assignment, live right now. The licence covers 100 at a time, with unlimited candidates, clients and records behind them — a database of ten thousand registered candidates costs nothing until they are out working.

Placements beyond the included 100 are £25 each per year, added at any point and charged pro-rata to your renewal date. Because the count is of live assignments rather than placements ever made, a seasonal peak that ends also ends its charge at renewal.

No. Users are unlimited on every licence. Compliance files are built by consultants at the point of placing, and charging per head is how a branch ends up sharing one login and losing who checked what.

No — prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — compliance files, right to work evidence, timesheets and assignment records. Several of these have statutory retention periods you are responsible for meeting, so export produces a complete copy rather than a summary.
